1、 產品原理及應用

細胞凋亡早期，位于細胞膜脂質雙層內側的磷脂酰絲氨酸PS會從細胞膜內側翻轉到細胞膜的表面，而鈣離子依賴型的Annexin V可與PS特異性結合；PI不能透過完整的細胞膜，凋亡中晚期細胞膜通透性增加、PI 得以透過細胞膜而使細胞核染紅。
將Annexin V-FITC 與PI 配合使用，可以有效區分處于不同凋亡時期的細胞。
abs50001 Annexin V-FITC/PI細胞凋亡檢測試劑盒既適用于流式細胞儀的定量研究，也可用于原位染色的定性研究。
